    Very delicious and very easy to make;

    Fettuccini Carbonara

    5 teaspoons olive oil
    4 shallots, diced
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1 pound bacon, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (16 ounce) package fettuccini pasta
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Saute shallots until softened. Stir in onion and bacon, and cook until bacon is evenly browned. Stir in garlic when bacon is about half done. Remove from heat.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta, then return it to the pot.
In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream, and shredded Parmesan. Pour the bacon mixture over the pasta, then stir in the cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper. serves 6.

You can make a nice Caesar salad, or garlic toast and get a good wine (if you drink) and some candles, and I’m sure your bf will be impressed!

I think no matter what you make can become romantic. To me its the setting that goes along with the dinner. Add some candles, Flowers, wine, nice music and you can have a romantic dinner on hamburgers. But I do like to fondue Takes awhile to eat
, drink wine, and a special person and I’m sure you will have a great evening.

I think you can serve practically anything, as long as the setting is right! And if he knows you can’t cook really well, he’ll be happy with your efforts. Candles, roses, dim lighting. Also, depends on what he likes. Here are a few ideas:

    Dessert:

    Apple Pie, a la mode
    Tiramisu (my fav)
    Chocolate Lovers Cake
Fruit Salad, inside half an emptied watermelon or melon

    Dinner:
Steak with mash or baked potatoes and gravy, side salad
Spagetti with meatballs and marinera sauce, with warmed rolls and steamed veggies
Burgers and french fries (if he likes humor and a simple meal, depends on etnic background of course)

    Drink:
    Wine
    Champagne
Apple Champagne (if he doesn’t drink)

This is super easy and soooo good. It tastes as good as any great italian restaurant.

    Quick Chicken Parmesan

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, pounded flat
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego mushroom and garlic)
    3 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
    2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
    2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg, plus 1 tbs water, slightly beaten

Mix Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt together in bowl. Beat 1 egg in another bowl, 1 tbs water and a dash of garlic salt. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs and fry in oil until brown on each side (10 – 15 min each side). Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese, cover so cheese melts and serve. Makes 4 servings.

    Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo

1 – 8 oz. Package Philly Cream Cheese (I use the light version – 1/3 less fat), cubed
¾ cup (3 oz.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese (I like De Giorno, don’t use Kraft)
    ½ cup margarine (I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
½ cup milk or half and half (I use 1% or 2% low fat)
8 oz. fettuccini, cooked, drained (I use the fresh Contadina low fat one)

In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine and milk.
Stir over low heat until smooth. Add to drained fettuccini and toss lightly. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 4 servings

I don’t have any complicated or boring recipes.

This is how to fry a chicken:
    Just get 2 chicken legs.
Cut 2 garlic pieces into little bits.
Cut holes around the chicken leg.
Stuff the garlic pieces into the holes.
Then sprinkle some paprika around it (Not too much or you’ll want to drink alot.)
Place a frying pan on a light fire (level 1) and pour some oil.
Then fry the chicken for 1 hour.
Every 5 or 10 minutes, flip the chicken legs until it’s done. Place it on a plate and enjoy.
