Please, no chains. For example, we can go to a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Houston. Something unique to the area and an ideal place would be with a view that overlooks the city.

    XIX (Nineteen) is supposedly very nice and has a City view from above…

    I don’t know if Table 31 is actually anywhere off the ground floor, but it’s supposed to be very nice, and it’s outdoors (on the downstairs part at least).

    Bistro San Tropes is good as well.

    I don’t think The Fountain has any outdoor seating, or a view, but it’s currently one of the best places to eat in the city.
