Three words for you:

Chocolate body paint.

Some people call it syrup for ice cream. Pair it with an off-dry champagne style wine and some strawberries.

If you will be visiting for a week, you might like to pick up some butterscotch syrup, too. Variety is good.

Seriously, if you don't want to spend your time cooking, you either have to cook ahead of time, eat out or get take out. We don't know if you will be going to him or if he is coming to you, if you will even have access to a kitchen or camping out in a hotel. More details would be helpful.

Scones, fruit etc. are always good at breakfast and they're no cook.

Lunch is great with wine, cheese, crackers and sliced up hard salami.

Dinner is a bit harder for non cook items...I'd go for the nice breads, meats, cheeses and again....a good bottle of wine. Or for something a little more filling you can buy microwavable things like mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, chicken, herbed rice etc.

Chopped salads (prep prior keep in fridge put ingredients in seperate containers and mix together at meal time) Use different dressings and ingredient combos to keep it interesting - remember crunchy items like oriental noodles, sunflower seeds, croutons, etc.
Add rolled deli meat or tuna salad.
Pair with yummy deli bread.

Tuna or Chicken Salad (drain canned tuna or chicken, mayo, pickle relish, etc) Serve over chopped salad, in a wrap or pita, or with crackers/melba toast

Fruit (could get tray or pre-cut from grocery store)
Veggies (could get tray or pre-cut from grocery store)
Different, fun fruit and veggie dips (whipped cream for fruits and other activities)
Strawberry shortcake and ice cream are easy no-cook desserts

A variety of cheeses and meats (like smoke sausages) that can be served with crackers.

Hummas pita

Cold pasta salads (preped or bought beforehand)

Deli meat, cheese, veggies in pita, wraps or yummy fresh bread from bakery

To me the presentation can help make food more romantic and making bit size foods can get your meals away from the table to lounging in the bed or cuddled on the couch.

As for drinks, I'm a big fan of Pinot Noir for Red, Chardonnay for White and imported beer.
Here's a site that can help you pair wine with foods:

Have a fun visit!

A week long menu of no cook items? Yeah, it's called delivery! Pair with a set of candlesticks and soft music. Voila! Instant romance.
