I have been coaching and counseling
clientsfor over 4 years as well as
working as a nutritionconsultant for
the past 15 years. I had my own
health and body balancing issues after
falling prey to the low fat/no fat diet
phase of the 90’s. This program caused
a lot of health problems for me and did nothing to
help me lose or maintain my weight. I have since recovered
and got my body back into balance and find my body to be
in the best shape of my life – even though I am now in my 40’s.
Keeping my figure has never been easier now that I have
applied the “Law of Nature” principal to my lifestyle.
No more shortcuts. I now listen to and love my body, eat natural
foods, stay active and exercise moderately.
