A thong is less material. The less you where the more comfortable you feel, I guess. I personally think that panties are more comfortable…. I don’t like feeling like I have a wedgie all day!!!
Panties have a way of riding in your **** all the time, most panties do… Thongs are already there, and the strip is slim and you don’t feel like they’re riding in your ****… Plus there are no lines showing through your pants… No panties is even better.
Some guys also find thongs more comfortable than any other variety of underwear. I know I do. They don’t get as annoyingly bunched up. Since there’s less fabric, they’re less likely to cause you to sweat. They have a smaller profile and are less likely to show out of the top of your pants (because most people realize that showing your underwear doesn’t look good). They keep you from having the dreaded panty line.

Well I don’t find thongs to be more comfortable but I do feel more sure of myself when wearing thongs under clingy, slinky clothing. But that’s why I wear no-pantyline undies. They stay in place and don’t show through clothing.
I **** wedgies, most of the time (don’t ask about the enjoyable ones), and yes many panties do give girls wedgies. But after trying different cuts and brands. I’ve found some really great panties.
Now this is getting off topic but I wanna say it anyway. If you don’t want a wedgie wear boycut panties (you girls know what I mean), don’t wear panties that have a seam down the middle (why are they making them like that), wear hanes or some other well known brand (they are well known for a reason), and if some sort of pantie has given you problems in the past don’t buy them again.

Thongs don’t bunch. If you are wearing the right sized thong, you won’t feel it at all. On the other hand, an ill-fitting thong begets a sore ‘taint.
