i wouldn’t reccommend it. it’l stretch out the material in the girdle and/or shaper.
No because your flexibility to work out will not be maneuverable and that’s dangerous to the form. The only thing you should wear is something to help strengthen the back if support is needed.
I wouldn’t advise it, because it is constricting. To exercise you need a full range of motion to get the best effect of the exercise. You can’t do that with girdles or body shapers.
You want the full benefit of tensing your muscles and a girdle will not let you do that. Plus you will probably have problems breathing.
It could help your back BUT back in the day they had these fat giggling machines that did just that, giggled fat. It was a platform that you would stand on and a wide thick strap went around you back or stomach and pulled back and fourth in small fast motions, almost like you needed a hula hoop. When the fat loosens inside the body it is more apt to be shed through sweat or burnt calories. The more you move and giggle around the more fat loosens from the larger pieces and is lost.
I would think it would pinch uncomfortably, constrict your breathing, and cause undue wear and tear to the garment.
It doesn’t help and isn’t advisable. You will want to wear clothing that lets your skin breathe and sweat evaporate. Plus I can imagine that it would be very constricting and uncomfortable.

No it probably does not. I assume you are talking about exercising by lifting weights.
When you are training these might even restrict the flow of blood. It is very important that you use correct form when you are training because if you do not you might end up with an injury. Then on the other hand when doing heavy lifting wearing wraps around joints or a weightlifting belt is adviseable.
Often there are some knowledgeable people that write articles on the internet. One person very knowledgeable is Dr Hatfield (dr. squat). He has a website where you might find plenty of useful information.

If it interferes with your breathing or your range of motion it’s a bad idea. But I’ve read somewhere that having your muscles constricted slightly (by wearing spandex bike shorts or something that holds you in a little) helps your workout.
