Is it advisable to use tummy shapers? Are they harmful in some way?

    i think you should wear it if you find one that doesnt have an outline that shows from underneath. If it stays put and isnt visible then wear it.

    natural ways of shaping belly is the best way. tummy shapers may help but they will work only on a particular area it will not shape you entire body so you may not get great body shape. i suggest you do exercise or yoga which helps overall body

    I use a tummy shaper under some dresses and skirts. Just make sure they don’t fit too tightly – That can cause pain throughout midriff after awhile.

    The right shapewear can hide 10 pounds ! Of course it is better to lose the weight , but when we absolutely have to look good in an outfit a little spandex can be a good thing !
