How do I get around to asking for a thong?

    Just tell your mom that your dance teacher/coach told everyone that they can’t have panty lines and that you are supposed to wear thongs under your uniforms now. It’s really not a big deal.

    Just straight up ask her. That’s what I had to do. Yeah, it was kinda awkward but after you ask then you get to buy them all the time without hesitation!

    I play volleyball and I have the same problem.
    Just ask her I guess.
    Dance is a pretty good excuse to get one anyway. And don’t try buying it on your own because she will probably find out when she does the laundry. Unless you do your own then thats another story..

    Just be up front with your Mom. If its for dance, the she shouldn’t think anything bad about you asking…besides, just be honest; tell her you actually find them a little ****** (just like you said), but you’re not supposed to be showing panty lines at dance. I’d bet she won’t freak out on you; in fact, she’ll probably tell you to go pick out your own thongs. Good luck!
