By the way, a recent comment from someone was that it’s none of his business.. Well I am his daughter and I don’t want to buy one to look ****** I want to buy one for practicality and so I can wear my damn skirt..! =) Thanks guys

    you buy and then show it to him, of course under the white skirt thats the time you ask for his approval. he wont be mad at you for getting his opinion..but you would have to accept his opinion.

    my hubby and i have my 13 year old cousin living with us…she was scared to ask us about thongs and stuff of that nature..we are by no means strike unless they show disrespect or inmaturaty…anyways….what im trying to say if you dad is open about the subject go ahead and ask him..dont go buy it then show him…she asked us i took her to buy it..he doesn’t have to go with you..but your relationship will be better because you involve him in your life..your not cutting him off in some areas more then others..if you ever feel like asking a female question feel free to write be at my yahoo messenger its francescavictoria18 take care

    Of course you could go out and buy it on your own but I like that you would like to discuss it with your father. Just tell him about the situation on why you need it and he should be understanding and appreciative that you wanted to include him. On the off chance he is not you can try to reason with him or whatnot and see what happens but there should be no problem. Hope this helped. Toodleloo

    That question is going to be one of your dad’s worst fears coming true. Ask him VERY carefully!

    The first thing out of his mouth will be something close to Why do you need to wear a thong????. Your answer will need to be something practical, like you’re just trying to avoid panty lines or they’re more comfortable than the undies you usually wear. If he gets the impression that you’re trying to strut your **** stuff then you could see his strict side come out like a lion.

    Buying it without telling him is kinda risky. He WILL find it eventually, especially if you develop a preference for them and you wind up owning multiple thongs. The backlash could be extremely anti-enjoyable for you.

    All possible outcomes:

    1. You ask, he says yes. Happy joy for all!
    2. You ask, he says no. Oh well. You keep wearing your old undies and your dad keeps his sanity.
    3. You buy them secretly and your dad loses it when he finds out. Very anti-fun.
    4. You buy them secretly and your dad keeps his cool and lets you explain their practicality. Even so, his trust in you will take a minor dip. Expect his eyes and ears to be more open in the future.

    You Could Just Buy A Thong And If He Says Anything About It You Could Just Say You Needed It So Nobody Could See Your Underwear,Not To Be ******.Or If It Gets Really Bad Tell Him That A Friend Bought It As A Joke Or Something.You Have A 50/50 Chance Of Him Finding Out Though.But hopefully Your Dad Doesn’t Look At What’s Under Your Skirt And Won’t Find Out That You’re Wearing It And He Doesn’t Know The Skirts See-Through.
