First of all YOU ARE SEXY! The only thing stopping you from becoming sexy is YOU! You are what you project. Success with anything starts in the head. You have to ACT sexy to feel sexy and unless you are an actress you may first have to first convince yourself that you are. Think about it – sexy people don’t always have the most perfect body. Sexy is the way you act and the way you carry yourself. Act sexy and confident and soon you will believe it as well. So what if you don’t have the perfect thighs or hips?
Check your wardrobe. I am not saying to go out and buy skimpy slutty looking clothing but I am saying get rid of the grandma clothes. Particularly take a look at your bedtime wear. No more flannel pjs or nightgowns or even big t-shirts with boxers (although if carried properly – can be quite sexy). To FEEL sexy – wear a tank top with a pair of capri pajama pants at bedtime. Maybe even a silk or satin cami or baby doll to bed. Toss those giant sweatshirts and baggy sweatpants! Instead sport a fashionable t-shirt and yoga pants when you are hanging out on a Saturday morning.
In order to feel good about yourself (first step to feeling sexy) you have to treat yourself well. Fix your hair and make-up even if you don’t have plans for the day. Do it for yourself because you always look good. Do your nails. Take a massaging shower or soaking bath. Exercise and eat well. Many of the comfort foods we turn to when we feel horrible are the same foods that make us feel even worse and fall further into a slump. Remember this next time you reach for sweets, cakes or chips! Stop buying them and you won’t be able to turn to them when you are at your weakest. They are NOT your friend and do NOT provide comfort… just comFAT!
If you want to be sexy ACT SEXY. How about if you try it for 1 day? Maybe over time it may just become a habit and you won’t have to read an article about feeling sexy… because you know you ALREADY ARE!!
